Frequently asked questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What services does FlowSafe Traffic Solutions provide?

We specialize in creating custom Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) for road construction, utility, and event projects. Our team also handles permit coordination, provides Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS) for short-term jobs, and helps secure flagging services through trusted local partners.

Do you provide flagging crews?

Not directly — but we can connect you with qualified flagging companies and ensure your plans and permits are compliant before their crew hits the road.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, and Montana, with a focus on fast, compliant TCPs for state, county, and city jurisdictions.

How fast can I get a TCP?

Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity, but most plans are completed within 24–72 hours. Expedited service is available for urgent projects — just let us know your deadline.

How do I request a Traffic Control Plan?

You can submit your project details, maps, and sketches directly through our online request form. We accept file uploads for plans, sketches, and permit details.

Do I need a permit for my project?

If your work impacts a public roadway, sidewalk, or lane, you’ll likely need a Right-of-Way or Traffic Control permit. We’ll identify which permits you need and can handle the coordination for you.

Can you design TCPs that meet city or ODOT standards?

Absolutely. Our plans are drawn to meet or exceed ODOT, WSDOT, and MUTCD standards. Each TCP is prepared by certified Traffic Control Supervisors with real field experience.

How are services billed?

All TCPs are paid upfront before design begins.
Permit coordination is billed at the cost of the permit plus 20%, payable at the time of service.

What file formats do you deliver in?

You’ll receive your TCP in PDF format, ready for digital submission or print. Editable files are available upon request.

Can I talk to someone about my project before ordering?

Of course! You can email amber@flowsafetrafficsolutions.com or call 541-670-4850. We’re always happy to walk you through the process and make sure you get exactly what you need.
